With over 20 years of customer service and administrative work, Susie's exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are integral parts of our practice. Susie is always eager to help others and often seeks out opportunities to streamline processes for clients and their experiences with IG. As the Practice Manager she supports everyone on the team, and we value her experience and ability to elevate our clients' experiences.

In her spare time, Susie volunteers with her son’s sports teams and plays competitive slo-pitch. She also enjoys traveling and hopes to someday visit the castles in Scotland.
